Baptism
For Catholics, the Sacrament of Baptism is the first step in a lifelong journey of commitment and discipleship. Whether we are baptized as infants or adults, Baptism is the Church's way of celebrating and enacting the embrace of God.
Infant Baptism
Infant Baptisms are offered on the third Sunday of each month, following the Noon Mass, except during Lent. To register your child for Baptism, contact the Parish Office at 734-464-4433 or [email protected]. For the FIRST child in a family being baptized, parents MUST attend a two-hour baptismal preparation workshop. Classes must be scheduled at least THREE MONTHS before the baptism. When you call the parish office to make arrangements, they will help you schedule the workshop. |
Adult Baptism
Adult Baptisms are conducted on an individual basis. For more information, contact the Parish Office at 734-464-4433 or [email protected]. |
COVID-19 Disclaimer - As the situation with COVID-19 and the variants continues to evolve, our programming may have to evolve with it. If you have a child going through sacramental prep, please stay up to date with communications from our office for any changes that may need to be made.
