Every year we print a directory with our parishioner’s name, address and phone number. If you wish to be excluded from this book or have changes, please print out the form HERE and return to the Parish Office. WE MUST HEAR FROM YOU EACH YEAR IF YOU CHOOSE TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE DIRECTORY, EVEN IF YOU HAVE RESPONDED IN PAST YEARS.
